Boxing WELLINGTON CHAIRMAN
Lt.-Col. G. P. O’Learv Resigns (N.Z Press Association) WEIXINGTON. April 11. Lieutenant - Colonel G. P O'Leary has resigned as chairman of the Wellington Boxing Association. Aged 74. he has been one of New Zealand's most prominent boxing officials. An Australian who came to this country when he was 25. he has been connected with the sport for 56 years.
