Found Injured On Road
A girl found lying beside a bicycle in Wordsworth street near the corner of Hawdon street, about 8.25 yesterday, was admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital with head injuries.
Hie girl. Miss F. Sutton, of 44 Opawa road, was taken to the casualty department at the Christchurch Hospital by St. John ambulance and was transferred after examination Her condition late last evening was satisfactory Members of the motor accident branch at the Christchurch. Police Station are anxious to interview a woman who went to a nearby house and asked that an ambulance be called. She was driving a late-model Hillman painted white and red.
