Bank Nationalised
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MADRID. April 12. The Spanish Parliament today unanimously approved a law nationalising the Bank of Spain and reorganising Spain’s banking system. The Finance Minister (Mr Mariano Navarro Rubio) told Parliament the reforms would pave the way for a national development pjan due to be initiated shortly.
