R.S.A. Women's Section.— Mrs H E Packer presided a: a soc.al afternoon held by the women's section of the Christchurch Returned Services’ Association. A programme presented by Mrs J Cocks included vocal solos by Mesdames P Fleming and M. Blackbume; duets by Messdames D. Stewart and A Ledsham; and elocution items by Mrs C. Hunter. The comm i tie recently entertained the patron. Lady Andrews, at morning tea.
