Company News G. W. WILTON TAKEN OVER
H. B. Selby Purchase (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 8. The directors of H. B. Selby, Australia, Ltd., distributors and manufacturers of scientific instruments, laboratory apparatus, chemicals, industrial and process control equipment, announce that they have acquired the old established business of G. W. Wilton and Company, Ltd., of New Zealand.
Selbys have purchased all the ordinary shares in Wiltons on an exchange basis of seven Selby 5s shares for every two Wilton £1 shares. The purchase will be satis, fled by an issue of 140,000 H. B. Selby shares to the present Wilton shareholders.
