Man Drowned Near Foxton
* r N.Z Press Association) PALMERSTON N„ Mar. 7. A man was drowned at Himatangi Beach, north of Foxton. at about 4.15 pm yesterday. He was Ferdinand Walter Bergen, aged 49, married, of Marton. He was helping to haul in a net when he appeared to collapse and fell into the see.
