CURRENT NOTES
Plunket Society.—Tribute was paid to the memory of the late Mrs L. Lyons at a recent meeting of the Christchurch branch of the Plunket Society. Mrs Lyons had served the society for many years. Commonwealth Society.— Mrs W. Averill gave a talk on her visit to the Oberammergau passion play, illustrated with coloured slides, at the first meeting for 1962 of the women’s group of the Royal Commonwealth Society at Elizabeth House. Mrs J. H. Powell presided. The speaker was thanked by Mrs D. E. Ames.
