Assistance For S.P.A.N.Z.

(NX. Press Association) AUCKLAND. March 4. Airlines of New Zealand had asked the Government for financial assistance, the chairman of directors (Mr J F. Johnston) said yesterday. He denied a report that the State had been asked to hold a third of the airline’s shares and Ansett Transport Industries.
