BUDAPEST. February 14. The Scottish team Dunfermline Athletic, though leading 2-0 after nine minutes' play, was beaten 4-3 by Dozm Ulpeat tonight in their European Cup Winners' Cup quarter-final tie.
Confiscated Gear.—lmmediately any gear was confiscated it should be valued by a competent valuer and steps should be taken to have rt treated with preservatives, it was decided at a meeting 1 of the council of the North Canterbury Acclimatisation Society last evening.
