Refloating Of Launch

A 16ft runabout launch which sank off Kohtmarama after ft had been stolen on Saturday night was refloated this afternoon
The boat, Mako, owned by Mr P M Crookbain, of Epsom. was under water for 48 hours
Mr Crookbain said he found the runabout and trailer missing from Mission Bay on Sunday morning But whoever had taken it had left the draining plugs behind and it was found sunk about 500 yards off Kohimarama.
The Mako, four months old, cost £l2OO to build.
