(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. It was wrong, said the council, that the Tasman Pulp and Paper Company, with large overseas shareholding. should be allowed an increased overdraft of £1,000.000 when the farmers who produced most of New Zealand’s overseas wealth were facing increased restrictions of credit as well 8' falling prices and falling incomes.
