Pianist Boycotts Dining Room
(N.ZJ’.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MELBOURNE, Feb. 8. The pianist Fou Ts’ong and his wife, Zamira, have boycotted the dining room of one of Victoria’s leading private hotels—the Victoria —because he was not allowed in yesterday without a tie. Mr Fou, aged 27, was refused admittance when he arrived with his wife for lunch, wearing an opennecked sports shirt. Melbourne experienced temperatures of more than 100 deg. yesterday.
