Campaign In Canterbury

The highly promising two-year-old. Tactile, which is unbeaten tn his two races this season, will add considerable interest to the two-year-o’d parade at the Riverton Trotting Club’s rontotalisator meeting next Saturday

A run at Riverton is expected to bring bim to peak for the Timaru Nursery S»akes at Washdyke on March 10 and the New Zealand Kindergarten Stakes on his hobe course at Wyndham the next week A campaign in Canterbury leading up to the New Zealand Sapling Stakes at Ashburton in June is also planned for Tactile

There have been only two totalisator races for two-year-olds in the South Island this season They were the Golden Slipper Stakes at Waimate and the Rangiora Raceway Stakes bo‘h in December. Tactile won both races
