Further Remand On Robbery Charge
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, January 16. A further demand in custody for a week was granted to Henry Alfred Te Whiu, aged 34, a driver, on a charge of robbing Desmond Graham Walker on January 4 when he appeared in the Magistrate's Court at Auckland today. Te Whiu elected trial by jury. The preliminary hearing of another charge against Te Whiu of assault causing actual bodily harm to Cheung Hing Kong on December 22 has been set down for January 31. _______
