Bowls Wins In Three Tournaments
(NJ!. Press Association? PALMERSTON N„ Jan. 7. The Takano bowler, K. Galloway, completed an ununuSual treble today when G. Green’s four won the Manawstu Bowling Centre’* New Year fours tournament Galloway, playing lead for Green'* rink, bad earlier in the holiday period teemtd with F. Hearoey jun, to win the centre's open pairs and immediately afterward* he led for R. Stewart to win the Terrace End open pairs tournament played at New Year. In winning three major tournaments within a fortnight, Galloway has played 28 games and has been on the greens for 12 days in succession.
