Administrative service* including education, finance and public works, will be organised by a municipal directorate. A technical council composed of doctor*, teachers, social worker*, engineers, lawyers, agronomists and economists will plan the town’* activities. Built on a site extending over 1700 acres about 4000 feet above sea level, the children’s city will not only have schools and training colleges of all kind*, but also museums, theatre* and libraries.
