Letter and parcel deliveries were cancelled in many parts ot Britain yesterday, the second day of the work-to-rule ordered by the Post Office Workers' Union in protest against the Government's rejection of pay claims Telegrams were delayed up to eight hours, but telephone services were less seriously affected, reported the “Daily Telegraph,’’
