HONG KONG. Jan 4. ' About SO professional golfers ; from Asia, Australia. Naw Zetland, Briain. Canada. South Africa, and the United States will come to Hong Kong In March to compete in the open championship of Hong Kona Most of them will also be doing the complete Far East - circuit, which starts with the ;! Philippine Open at the Wack “ Week Golf and Country Club In Manila from February S to 11.
The tour then goes on to Singapore. Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Tokyo. About half of those coming to Hong Kong are from Australia and New Zealand and the Royal Hong Kong Golf Club at Fanlin. near the Chinese border, expects such "oldtimers” to the course si P. W. Thomson, K. D. G. Nagle and F. Phillips.
