Pilot Rescued After Ordeal

(Mississippi), January 3. A pilot. Charles R. Stratton, who bailed out of his stricken U-2 high-altitude jet plane last evening was rescued today from the Marshland cypress tree where he had hung by his parachute straps for more than 10 hours.
