Man Charged With Drunkenness CN.Z. Press Association) WELUNGtON, Jan. 3. Invited to question a policeman giving evidence against him in the Magistrate’s Court at Wellington today, Frederick Simpson, aged 61. a seaman, asked: "Have you made your will yet?” Constable J. Radcliffe, who arrested Simpson last replied that he had neglected so far to make a will. "Then what sort of flowers would you like?” Simpson asked. Simpson earlier pleaded not guilty to the charge of being found drunk in a public place, having six times previously been convicted for drunkenness within the last six months. Simpson asked to be deported. „“y h^ e to? ” Mked M. B. Scully, S.M. 'To civilisation,” replied Simpson. “Civilisation, so far as I'm concerned, is 21 days in Mount Crawford, and that’s what you’re getting,” said the Magistrate.
