THE NEW ZEALAND springboard diving champions, Miss H. Hutton and R. L. Hodge, both of the Spreydon club, Christchurch. If Hodge and Miss Hutton can retain their national titles this season, they may compete in the Australian ehampionships. The council of the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association has decided to consider a suggestion that this year's national champions compete also in the Australian titles in the following week to establish their international rating with a view to possible selection for the Empire Games.
