The New Zealand-bred Summer Fair, whose wins include the Australian Jockey Club Derby and the Caulfield Cup. has resumed training for the important autumn races. His trainer, L. O'Sullivan, said the horse did exceptionally well while spelling, and has developed so much that, after a conference with the owner, Mr R. Pierce, it was decided to cut Summer Fair's holidays by several weeks. Summer Fair will probably be set for the Doomben Ten Thousand.
