Leithfield Land Sold
Two adjoining sections in Beach road. Leithfield, on one of which is an old house, were sold by public auction yesterday for £llOO. The property, of 7 acres 2 roods 13.5 perches, belonged to the estate of the late Mr C. H. Trail. Bidding started at £lOOO, and there were two £5O bids. A bach on a Domain Board section of 10.2 perches at Leithfield Beach, offered on the same account, was passed in at £7OO.
