TAKE-OVER BY C.M.I.
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 19. Consolidated Meta! Industries, Ltd., Auckland, had recently acquired the Onehunga business of Automatic Metalwork, Ltd, on the basis of a share exchange, says the chairman, Mr C. F. Fowler, in his interim report. The final amount of the consideration had not yet been decided, but the maximum involved would be 28.000 fully-pa id C.MX 5s ordinary shares. In return for this, the company has taken over the ordinary capital of £2OOO, approximately £2OOO in undistributed profits, and had acquired an assignment of C.M.I. of a cash advance of roughly £3750.
