Rosco Ice Cream In Receivership
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 19. Rosco Ice Cream, Ltd., is in receivership. An Auckland public accountant, Mr R. M Kay, was appointed receiver by the debenture holder, the National Bank of New Zealand. Ltd., on December 14 The annual meeting of shareholders is scheduled for December 29 Directors of the company were not available for comment today The company has been operating in North Island areas based on Auckland, Hamilton and Palmerston North. The head office is in Auckland.
