£25 Fine Imposed (NZ. Press Association) HAMILTON, Dec. 20. Brian Robert Petersen, aged 21. a driver, appeared before Mr L. M Inglis. S.M in the Magistrate’s Court at Hamilton today for sentence for forging and uttering an anolication for a taxi-driver’s licence. It was stated that the accused when anolving for a taxi-driver’s licence. said that his aae wa« 24. the age a* wh : ch he wou’d have been eligible for such a licence As a result he was issued w"h a taxi-driver’s licence The Magistra-e described th* crime as a bad one On the charge of forgery. Pete-sen was fined £25. and on th* charge of uttering he was placed on probation for 18 months a
