(IV .Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, December 6 Saudi Arabia’s chief United Nations delegate (Mr Ahmad Shukairy) established a personal record yesterday when he addressed the United Nations Special Political Committee for four hours and a half on the Palestine Arab refugee problem. He began speaking from his prepared text when the committee assembled at II a.m. and completed the marathon effort, still in good voice, at 5.45 pm.
