Test “Obligation”
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MOSCOW. Nov. 25. Mr Khrushchev last night repeated that the Soviet Union would be “obliged" to continue its test series if the West holds nuclear tests. In a letter to Professor John Bernal, of London, president of the World Peace Council, the Soviet Prime Minister said the Soviet Union and its allies could not allow its defences to be weaker than those of the “imperialists.’’
