Weather Forecasts
Sir, —I was delighted to hear from your correspondent. “Cyclone,” in this morning's issue. He thinks I must have a long memory. When a man grows old his life consists of memories, and as I am well over 90 I can talk weather until the cows come home. I am pleased to tell •‘Cyclone” that his forecasts did make an impression, and I will look forward to future ones. Tiie last was on March 11, 1956. I think.—Yours, eto, ALFRED BATTEN. November 24. 1961
