, (N .Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, November 26. A leading Queen’s Counsel 1 in London’s criminal courts • has been suspended from practice at the Bar for three ■ years. He is Mr Victor ■ Albert Charles Durand, who i was suspended by the Inner > Temple, one of the four Inns ! of Court. The Inner Temple's chief clerk, Mr N. S. Hudson, said: ’ “Mr Durand faced three . charges concerning a recent • action involving a photo- ’ grapher and a police officer.” . He declined to give further ! details. A notice posted in the law i courts in London said Mr ■ Durand had been suspended , after being found guilty on ■ two charges of professional i misconduct.
