Cold Water In Rest Rooms
Sir, —I feel sure that the women’s rest room in Cathedral square is unique, having only icy cold water to wash one’s hands. Why does the Government go to the expense of teaching children the importance of hygiene and frequently washing one’s hands and then allow this. Rheumatism is a major problem today.
