Mr Marshall Leaves
(IfJS. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 23. The Minister of Labour (Mr Shand) will take over the portfolios of Industries and Commerce and Customs during the absence overseas of the Minister of Overseas Trade (Mr Marshall). Mr Marshall left Wellington this evening for Geneva to represent New Zealand at the four-day talks of Ministers representing members of GA.T.T.
