Concern In Heathcote The Banks Peninsula Noxious Weeds Control Committee will be asked on what terms the Heathcote County Council may join the committee. Building Permits. —Sixteen permits were issued during October for buildings to the value of £25,847, the county engineer (Mr L L. Hall) reported.
