(N -Z.P.A.-Reuter—Cowright) CANBERRA, November 16 Australia's trade balance improved by £3sm last financial year compared to 19591960, according to figures released today by the Commonwealth Census and Statistics Bureau. The figures showed Australia had a favourable trade balance of £118.289.000 in 1960-1961 compared with last year’s balance of £83.656,000. The vast improvement is believed to be due to China buying £2sm worth of wheat last financial year.
