Farm Property Passed In
After bidding reached £2lO an acre, the 91-acre property of Mr F. J. Smith. which was offered for public auction on Wednesday, was passed in. Bidding for the land, which is about 11 miles from Christchurch in the Clarkville district opened at £l6O an acre and went up in £lO bids.
