School May Close
(N.Z. Press Association) NAPIER, Nov. 12. The shortage of teaching staff at Hukarere Maori School. Napier, is so acute that unless another four teachers become available, the school will not be able to reopen in 1962. Out of a staff of six permanent teachers, only two are left. The others have left for domestic and other reasons unconnected with the school.
