Searbeck, aged 41, eras found guilty on three of the four counts in the indictment. The Jury acquitted him of a charge of unlawfully removing a secret dispatch from the United States Unbassy in Warsaw. Federal Judge Leonard Walsh said Scarbeck would be held in custody pending a pre-sentence report. He did not set a date for sentencing.
