fHX Pram Assoctatton) AUCKLAND, Oct I*. A serious shortage of whisky in Auckland has re* suited from the Government's import restrictions on aQ liquor. One Auckland wine and spirit merchant believes that supplies may run out alto* gather in the next few months. Others fear puMie knowledge of the shortage will result in a stampede, to buy up remaining suppliers. There is virtually no whisky on display in city bottle stores. Some wholetalers are cutting supplies to regular customers by 25 per cent )
