is the strength ,to use. Apply this in mid-November and mid-December, and three weeks and one week before picking as a control for brown rot. If your trees show signs of leaf roller—caterpillar spinning the leaves together and feeding between them—then add D.D.D. to the spray, making loz each of Captan and D.D.D. in each 4 gallons. The various cane and berry fruits —rapsberry. boysen - berry, loganberry, currant and gooseberry will only need sprays of malathion from now on as a control for aphis or greenfly. Apply at joz of malathion in 4 gallons of water when the pest is seen. Strawberries need regular sprays of Thiram and Malathion for best results. A spray of 2oz of Thiram and joz of malathion in 4 gallons of water should be applied at 10-day intervals until one week before harvesting as a control for botrytis, aphis, mites and leaf hopper.
