(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) SAIGON, October 11. Naval vessels are running a round-the-clock rescue operation in South Vietnam's worst floods in memory. At least 82 people have been drowned, and 330 houses washed away. Almost the whole of KienTuong and An-Kiang provinces are under water, and their crops ruined.
