Conference Here Next Week
The annual convention of the New Zealand Aviation Industry Association will be opened by the Minister of Civil Aviation (Mr McAlpine) at the Christchurch airport next Wednesday morning. The airport authority is a member of the association’s air transport division, and the three-day convention will be opened in the overseas lounge. Annual meetings of the various divisions of the association will be held in the Canterbury Aero Club’s clubrooms at the airport. The business will conclude with a special meeting of the association and the annual meeting of the association. On the last day delegates will visit Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln, and the NA.C. engineering base at the airport
