Kept Dangerous Dog
(NZ. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Oct. 3. A boy, a dog, and a bone all received mention in the Magistrate's Court at Lower Hutt today when John Robert Saunders was charged with keeping a dangerous dog. The boy, Sergeant M. 3. McCormack said, had been bitten several times by the dog. an Alsatian, when he was selling blood and bone to raise funds for the boy scouts. This led to Mr J. R. Drummond. S.M , commenting: “It probably objected to the bone being ground up.” Saunders pleaded guilty to being the owner of a dangerous dog and was ordered to keep the dog under proper control.
