Actor Dki-Thfirtor, Donald Cook, aged 60. died yesterday a day after he suffered a heart attack while in New Haven with a new Broadway play. He was to have appeared in the comedy “A Shot in the Dark.’’ starring Julie Harris. It is due on Broadway on October 18.—New Haven, Connecticut, October 2.
