Barna Bransmirs, The Canterbury Home Economics Association recently celebrated Its forty-second birthday. Guests were welcomed by the president (Mrs L Gain) and included some who were members to the association's eerly days. The programme included wfaistlirwt items which were accompanied by Mr B. Swift on the piano. A group of songs was given by members of the p»t>. The birthday rake had been mede by Mrs E. Wx and deeorated by Mrs A F. Loose. It was eut by Mrs N. J.
