AUCKLAND, October 2. Two Hong Kong-printed Jabals on jars of New Zealand export honey in Auckland have for sime time been puzzling the manager of the New Zealand Honey Marketing Authority (Mr C. T. to the printers for a translation of the labels, one in Chinese and the other in Chinese, Jawi and Tamil. He was somewhat surprised at the result. The long script in Chinese read: "Imperial Bee Honey is efficacious in the treatment of constipation, laryngitis,
cough, dryness and for the maintenance of good health. *Tt Is particularly food for infante fed by milk who usually suffer from constipation and ringworm. "ft acts as a mild laxative for people both young and old if taken early in the morning or late at night in the proportion of two teaspoonsful to one tumbler of warm water. "Imperial Bee Honey taken with bread, hotoakee, etc., would prove to be more beneficial than any fruit jam. "Indeed, it is the best nourishment for health.” The other simply says, "Imperial Bee Honey from New Zealand,’* in the three languages.
