U.S. Win Over India
(NX Press Assn—Copyrig At) NEW DELHI, October 1 The United States won the Davis Cup toter-aone tennis final today when W. Reed beat Jaideetmukerjea, of India, 6-2, 6-3. 5-3. Reed’s victory gaffe the United States a $-1 lead. The Americans had earlier won one singles and the doubles match, and India one T3ie*United States now will meet Italy at Rome on October 13 to 15 in the inter-sone final
