INtf. A.-Reuter —Copyright) LONDON. Sept. 30. Princess Margaret's baby will be born at Clarence House, it was announced from Clarence House yesterday. The baby is expected to be bom towards the end of October or early in November The announcement said that Princess Margaret is expected to return to Kensington Palace towards the end bf next week. ''The Princess is fit and well." said Major John Griffin, press secretary at Clarence House. London home of the Queen Mother.

Princess Margaret and Mr Armstrong-Jones. who will be accompanying her on her return, are at present at Birkhall, on the Balmoral estate in Scotland.

The Princess's baby will be fifth in line of succession

to the throne—after the Prince of Wales. Prince Andrew. Princess Anne, and Princess Margaret. The last Royal birth at Clarence House was that of Princess Anne, in August, 1950
