Christchurch, at 835 p.m. on Wednesday, the twentieth day of September. 1961. passed the following resolution:— ’’ln pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 186 of the Municipal Corjforations Act, 1954. the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to permit the laying off of a street off Pembroke street at width tor most of Ms length of 50 feet through part Lots 1 and 2, DP. 15797. being part R.Ss. 525 and 273 A and being part of the land contained in part Certificates of Title Volume 545 Folio 68, and Volume 546.
