Levin Stables Gutted
(N.Z. Press Association) LEVIN, September 17. The major part of old wooden stables adjacent to the Levin racecourse and owned by the Levin Racing Club, was gutted by fire on Saturday afternoon. No hoses were quartered there. The stables were used by the club on race days, and were insured. The club has other stables, built about five years ago.
