SALVATION ARMY GATHERING
200 Young People Attend Two hundred young people aged between 15 and 30 from many parts of the South Island took part in‘ a gathering of Salvation Army youth at the Salvation Army Citadel on Saturday evening. The gathering was held as part of a youth council week-end. Directed by LieutenantColonel N. Bicknell, of Wellington, the gathering was attended by the national youth director for Australia and New Zealand (Brigadier E. Elliot).
